PCAS AGM 2024

Current members. of. the. Pocklington Canal Amenity Society are encouraged to attend the AGM on 17. April. Details can be found in the February 2024 issue of the Double Nine magazine.


The AGM will. be followed by a short talk by Malcolm Slater about recent work at Coates Lock.

Update 18 April

At the. AGM, Carole Jones was elected to the PCAS Committee. Carole is well known as a volunteer who regularly attends PCAS working parties, which take place on Tuesdays throughout the year.


Roger Bromley recently retired from the PCAS Committee, having been a member for about 15 years during. which he had various roles, most recently being our Membership Secretary. We are grateful for his efforts over the years.. Ed Westerby took over the role of Membership Secretary and is already well known as one of the skippers of our trip boat. New Horizons.


There may be some reorganisation of roles of PCAS Committee members and traditional this is done at the first committee. meeting after the AGM.
